About Irvine Cove
California’s most prestigious address….
Located in the northernmost end of Laguna Beach, Irvine Cove is a guard-gated enclave of approximately 110 homes. As a resident of Irvine Cove, you are allowed private access to Irvine Cove Beach. But that’s not the only luxury Irvine Cove has to offer.
Exclusive Beach Access
Harder to get into than Maestro’s in Beverly Hills on a Saturday night. Unless you’re a resident of Irvine Cove the only way to gain access to this tourist free haven is if you’re a guest. Perhaps, it’s time to start planning a move. However, the Irvine Cove home market is small and select, making it challenging to find property. Especially, considering many of the residents in the area appreciate their privacy. Because of this, homes in Irvine Cove often are not marketed on the MLS.
The cove has two beaches, but the larger southern beach is most commonly used by resident beach goers as well anchored yacht dwellers. Divers enjoy this cove as do surfers and skim boarders when conditions are right. A natural hill and cliff divide the two coves and at low tides it is possible to walk through a rock arch for access to the north beach. Since this cove isn’t open to the general public, your only way in is as a guest of an Irvine Cove resident.
