Property owners in Irvine Cove belong to the Irvine Cove Homeowners Association. Homeowners enjoy 24 hour guarded gates, various community parks, as well as access to The Canyon Club which includes the swim center, clubhouse, fitness facility, basketball half-court and tennis courts.
Irvine Cove is not an independent town. Rather, it is a small Irvine Company master-planned community that is part of the Newport Coast development bordering Irvine Cove State Park on the sunset facing side of the San Joaquin Hills. Stretching from high on the ridge all the way down to Pacific Coast Highway, Irvine Cove is comprised of multiple different home collections plus custom designed homes that spread out among 620 acres of the Newport Coast hillside. It is one of Orange County’s newest coastal developments, but has already established itself as one of the county’s most sought after, exclusive gated communities.
The Homeowners Association dues vary for the different subdivisions within Irvine Cove, but they range from approximately $615 per month to approximately $1015 per month.
The Homeowners Association is managed by Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC. in Irvine.
The telephone number for Keystone is 949.833.2600.
